It all started some years ago when a friend of mine acquired a roan colored Coton De Tulear. I loved the dogs friendly and lovable nature, so I started researching the internet and found out as much about the Coton De Tulear breed as I could. My husband wasn’t convinced that we needed any more dogs as we already had 3 Maltese, but eventually after much persuasion he surprised me one Christmas purchasing a show quality Coton De Tulear from La Cotonnerie in Quebec bred by La Chaumiere Du lac breeder in France.
ABOUT US
We traveled to Quebec early in January (very beautiful but really cold) to pick up a beautiful fluffy white Coton De Tulear puppy, her coat was so thick my husband used to joke that we had been tricked and really purchased a Polar bear pup. So that was it, Xica became a part of our family, our fate was sealed and enchantment with the Coton De Tulear began.
Xica has since become an experienced traveler traveling with us back to Quebec for summer vacation, multiple trips to Puerto Rico and her last trip to France to meet up with her boyfriend multi-champion Rambo Du Bosc Lauzi at Vanille De La Bourbon. The trip was successful on many levels, Rambo sired Xica’s first litter; I was able to observe Vanille De La Bourbon’s latest litter of Puppies over the month and a half I was there and selected a male, “Achilles”; and last but not least, I made a great friend in Clarisse of Vanille De La Bourbon.

In 2003 we traveled to Nevada to visit Hillside Cotons and fell in love with a Black and White female. We reserved a puppy from the next litter if any came out with the same coloring. Luckily for us one of the puppies looked just like the Dam so now we have Luna an exceptional, rare, Black and White Coton De Tulear.
All of our dogs are our family pets and live in our home, we are passionate about breeding genetically robust, healthy Coton De Tulear puppies with great temperament. We will only breed our dogs that have passed all of the OFA and CERF certifications and have passed the  genetic tests for VWD. We carefully select potential Sires based upon temperament, pedigree (for diverse gene pool), health certification, and breed standard. We travel internationally for extended periods so we can ensure that potential stud’s meet our exacting standards.
Our litters will be few and far between since we will never be big breeders so please check back regularly for availability of our exceptional Coton De Tulear puppies and be prepared to “BE ENCHANTED”.
